Psychoeducational Assessment

A psychoeducational assessment identifies strengths and weaknesses in cognitive, academic, and social functioning. It can be used to diagnose specific disorders and determine strategies, accommodations, and adaptations to improve learning and behaviour.

Mental Health Services

Counselling Therapy: Tailored to your mental health concerns. Learn how to think, feel and behave in healthier, more adaptive ways. Provided by a licensed psychotherapist.

A Mental Health Assessment: Used to diagnose depression and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), etc. Provided by a clinical psychologist.

Hi, I am Chris Brown, MEd, Psychologist and managing director of EDify. I chose to become a School Psychologist because I have a passion for helping individuals identify their strengths and improve their learning abilities. My primary goal is to help parents understand the underlying causes of their child’s learning difficulties and to provide guidance on how to address these challenges. Additionally, I strive to help adults gain a better understanding of themselves. My area of focus involves working with individuals who may have suspected or confirmed learning difficulties, ADHD, and/or Autism.

My work includes both assessment and therapy, and my approach is integrative, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on you!
